The judge Brian Creegan seems to have lost his fairness in his eagerness to punish Enoch Burke. It is unjust and wrong to jail, Mr. Burke for an indeterminate time that could mean they could keep him in jail for 30 years. He has already served two years. He has a right to know the length of a sentence. The next concerning thing about the case the courts seem to be exceeding their powers no court in a democracy has the right to confiscate money from someone’s bank account just because they have a dispute with the state please share our posts

The Enoch Burke case raises some disturbing questions about the power of the state, the state probably has a right to jail Enoch for not obeying a court order, but to jail a citizen for an indeterminate sentence running into years does not seem to be just or Right. But taking all his money from his bank account is totally unjustifiable. How can it be legal for the government to take a man’s money from his bank account? Just because he has a dispute over religion with them. This could be a serious diminution of citizens Rights European courts don’t respect the rights of Christians or Protestants

RTE despite being headquartered in Dublin people from the west of Ireland are grossly over represented in its top paid staff. RTÉ discriminate against Dubliners. As well as many other people. NOT from west of Ireland. Joe Duffy would never get a job in RTÉ if he was going around today. Gaelic / Irish was never spoken in Dublin City. Before English Dubliners spoke Norse RTE is a propaganda machine for the Irish language. All Radio stations are paid by the state to PUSH the Irish language. And they censor all criticism of the Irish language
