‘DUBLIN 3 FOR NEUTRALITY' RETURNS WITH OUR SECOND 'LOVE PEACE HATE WAR' BENEFIT GIG :
Fizzy Orange, Dash Dublin & Bold Boy headline a night of music and peace at The Annesley House, North Strand.
Following the roaring success of our debut event in March, Dublin 3 For Neutrality is proud to announce the second instalment of its Love Peace Hate War benefit concert series, taking place on Friday, 29th May at the legendary northside venue Annesley House, Dublin.
The bill brings together three of the city's most exciting live acts. Hotly tipped six-piece ‘Dublin soul’ outfit Fizzy Orange headline — a band whose ‘analogue-only soundscape weaves together 60s songwriting craft, 70s studio warmth and the spirit of the 80s home recording revolution, drawing on everything from rock & roll to rocksteady’.
Joining them are explosive glam psych/garage punk outfit DASH and the highly rated prog-punk two-piece Bold Boy, making for a night that spans genres but shares a common pulse.
Dublin 3 For Neutrality's debut Love Peace Hate The war event on 27th March proved a resounding success, with full-house signs earning their keep and a crowd that matched the energy on stage from lords of lit-rock The Prongs, Dash! and local
hero Tony St Ledger.
The event coincides with the 85th anniversary of the North Strand Bombings of May 31, 1941.
Dubin 3 for Neutrality is a community group made up of local activists campaigning to defend the long-standing tradition of Irish neutrality
