I found some of Dermot O'Neills old VHS videos in a shed, most in very bad condition with damp and mould. After several weeks of restoration I finally collected them today.

Lots of gardening programs such as Live at Three and this - The Garden Show !! Hopefully I'll be able to share some memories on here over the coming weeks and months

Such an amazing coincidence - On Sunday I was in the Tropical Ravine in Belfast’s Botanic Gardens reading an interesting plaque about ‘The Father of Irish Botany’ John Templeton who famously discovered Rosa hibernica, also at the weekend I finally started compiling a spreadsheet with all the names of all the plants in the garden - staring with the Roses. Today I found Rosa hibernica in the garden which I didn’t know I had 😍
I think I’m really going to get into Roses next year !
I’ve a list of nearly 50 so far that are in the garden

Great day today in Clondeglass, thanks everyone who came along to our first ever open day 🙏 It was really a trial for next year, sorry for not advertising this event, we just wanted to keep numbers small as parking is an issue & also toilet facilities are not quite finished yet !
Next year I hope to have several open days 🤞
Special thanks to my 4 helpers today - especially me 2 nieces Chloe & Sophie - thanks for all the home baking 😍
