Come meet members in Ardee on the 29th!
So many great groups to link in and get involved with too 💚
OUR NEXT PALESTINE EVENT in Ardee 🇵🇸 SAT AUG 29TH
🧺 Community picnic - family friendly, all welcome 💞
Bring snacks, picnic blanket/ something to sit on, and if possible a kite 🪁 to fly to remember the children of Palestine.
💶 We will have QR codes and information there about various Palestine families if anyone wants to donate to them directly.
🎶🙏🏽🕊️ Musician and poets and speakers - if you would like to sing/ play a song, recite a poem or a prayer or say a few words please drop us a message.

📍 The grassy area down by the riverside walk

📢 Beep for Palestine.
We’ll stand up on the road with signs and flags, encourage the community to beep for Palestine as they drive pass 🇵🇸
⏰ 2.30PM
📍 The Cúchulainn and Ferdia statue (Bridge Street)
We will finish with a minute silence at the Cúchulainn and Ferdia statue 🕯️
🖤 The two coordinated events represent life and death;
like the two sides of the river, and mirroring the death of Ferdia by his foster brother Cúchulainn.
We will celebrate those still alive through song, and donations, and kite flying - and then mourn those lost through gathering, chanting and vigil,
by the site of Ferdia’s memorial.
