📣 Walk Leader Training Opportunity! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Would you like to help people in your community get active, connect with others, and enjoy the benefits of walking?

As part of the Walking for All programme, we are offering FREE Walk Leader Training for anyone interested in starting and leading short, regular community walks in their local area.

This practical training will give you the skills and confidence to lead walks safely and effectively while encouraging others to stay active and socially connected. No previous experience is required.

🕥 Time: 10:30am- 1pm (Lunch provided)

Teen Girls in - Want to join a 6 week programme that lets you try a new sport without the pressure on performance or judgement on skill level?

Louth LSPs 'Her Moves Her Game' Teen Girls programme is collaborating with Dynamites basketball club to provide a 6 week programme for under 13s and u16s.

The programme encourages girls try a new sport or improve current skill levels in a comfortable, fun, non competitive environment with no judgement on performance or ability. Experienced coaches from Dynamites basketball club will lead the sessions and you are sure to enjoy every minute!
