ROAD TRANSPORTERS SUPPORT SCHEME – APPEALS PORTAL NOW OPEN

If your application to the Road Transporters Support Scheme (RTSS) has been refused, or you did not receive support for one or more vehicles included in your application, you can now submit an appeal.

✅ You must have a valid RTSS Application ID.
📄 All appeals must include supporting evidence.
⏰ The deadline is 12 noon on Wednesday, 4 November 2026.

⚠️ An appeal does not guarantee a successful outcome. Each case will be assessed on its own merits and in line with the scheme's eligibility criteria and terms and conditions.

Already received payment for all vehicles on your original application? You are not eligible to appeal.

The Budget 2027 extension is separate from the appeals process. You do not need to submit an appeal to receive the additional payment. The Department will contact eligible applicants directly when their payment has been processed.
