Time to stock up on books for the Bank Holiday weekend📚🗞👀!

Clare Libraries will be closed on Saturday 30 May until Monday 01 June inclusive.

Normal opening hours resume on Tuesday 02 June.

While our branches may be closed, our online resources are available 24/7.
Contact your local library if you require help to set up any of our online resources such as BorrowBox for eBooks, eAudiobook, eMagazines and eNewspapers.

Reading for Wellness continues this week at Kilkee Library.

Reading for Wellness is a programme developed with the support of Clare County Council, Clare Libraries, Healthy Ireland and the Clare Older People’s Council. It aims to help tackle loneliness, anxiety and social isolation through shared reading and connection.

People can drop into the Kilkee Library reading room and enjoy a calm, welcoming space to relax, unwind, and rediscover the joy of reading.
