tes the use of local produce and meats, and will, where possible accompany them with fresh salad and vegetables from our garden patch. All meats are fully traceable and supplied by local butchers T.Cahill Craft Butchers, Ferns and Stafford’s Butcher Shop Enniscorthy. Special dietary requirements will be catered for once prior notice is given. There is a play area for children. Our farmyard boasts plenty of farmyard animals including pigs, chickens, ducks, horses and dogs. We are also really proud of our vegetable patch, where we grow as much salad and fresh vegetables as possible, which we use in our kitchen. Our yard is to the back of our house, where we have our stables, animal pens and sand arena. We have ample space for parking, with a separate drive for horse lorries to enter and park in the lower yard. The main drive has electric gates which ensures privacy and safety. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area, the rabbits just love playing in the fields at sunrise.
