Oranmore Castle was built over 800 years ago on an iconic atlantic inlet of Galway bay. The castle was later home to the Athy & Blake families before being left abandoned to the elements in 1853. Near 100 years later the castle ruins were bought by Lady Leslie for her daughter, the writer Anita Leslie, whose ancestors (The Finn's) continue to reside & ma
