📣 Town and Village Renewal Scheme 2025 is open for Expressions of Interest! 📣
➡️ Town and Village Renewal Scheme is designed to support the revitalisation of rural Ireland by focusing on stimulating town centre economic and social regeneration.
➡️ The scheme will prioritise tackling town centre regeneration, town centre / village centre plaza development, develop green spaces, enhance streetscapes, farmers / artisan markets, provision of infrastructure (public realm works, service provisions, canopies), upgrade and refurbish community centres, bring vacant and derelict buildings back into use as multi-purpose community spaces.

Deadline is fast approaching for the Community Event Grant Scheme 2025!
This grant scheme will assist community event organisers with the development, promotion and the running of small-scale community events in Kilkenny during 2025. The grant can range from €100 up to a maximum of €1,000.
Closing date for applications: Friday 14th February 2025 at 5:00pm.

Local Enhancement Grant 2025 is now open for applications.
The Local Enhancement Programme (LEP) is funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development.

The Local Enhancement Programme will support groups, particularly in disadvantaged areas

Groups will be able to use the capital element of funding to carry out necessary repairs and improvements to their facilities, purchase equipment for e.g. such as tables and chairs, tools and signage, laptops and printers

Groups will be able to use the current element of funding to support their non-pay running costs for example energy costs/bills (electricity costs, refuse charges, heating charges), rental/lease costs, insurance bills. (MAXIMUM €1,000)
NOTE: There are separate application forms for both capital and current funding grants
