Coolwood park is home to Lemurs, raccoons, prairies dogs, meerkats,skunks, coati mundi,
coypu, macaws, parrots, exotic waterfowl amd poultry and lots lots more!!

It's with a very heavy heart that I wish to tell all our Coolwood friends that sadly Sean passed away last night after a long illness. He was surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of the Mercy University Hospital Cork. RIP Dad 🐦🐦🪶🪶🪽🪽

Coolwood Park will no longer be holding a bring and Buy poultry sale for 2023. We will review it for next year again. Thank you all for all for your continued support throughout the years. Sean s health isn't the best at the moment so he is taking time out to rest and get stronger again.

Updated regulations published on the 26th April 2022 by the department of Agriculture on the restriction on assembly of live birds introduced in November 2021 remain in place. So sorry to say, Coolwood will NOT be holding a poultry sale on this Sunday 1st May.

Update: Coolwood Park will NOT be holding a Bring and Buy Poultry sale on April 3rd due to the Avian Influenza .
The wildlife park remains closed.

There will be no Bring and buy poultry sale for November, Decemeber, January, February. We will review it again for March depending on the weather! Thanks to everyone who visited them over 2021.
