We’re delighted to welcome back the Bonner Cannon School of Irish Dance to the Foresters Community Hall for another term! ☘️

Just over a week until their incredible Irish Dance classes return, and we encourage you to enrol early to ensure your child secures their place for the next term.

Irish Dance is such an important part of our culture and heritage, and there’s no better place to celebrate it than right here on the wooden floors of our community hall. ❤️☘️

🎯 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗦 – 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧🎯

We’re exploring the idea of setting up Youth Darts for 1st Years & Older in Killybegs — but first, we want to know is there an interest? 👀

We know there’s a lot of work involved and it would require a significant investment to get things up and running. However, we think it would be a fantastic opportunity for teenagers in our community to get involved in something new, social and fun. 🙌

To make this work and run smoothly, we’ll also need adult support and volunteers. If you would be interested in helping out, we’d love to hear from you too! ❤️

🌟 Community Announcement🌟

As students return to school this week, Hegartys Centra wants to remind families that we’re here for you, serving as a safe and welcoming part of the local community.

With winter on the horizon and evenings becoming darker, we understand that the school run can sometimes be unpredictable. That’s why our doors are always open for children in need of a secure place to wait.

If your child ever finds themselves in one of these situations:
🚌 Missing the bus or waiting for a late pickup
📱 Dealing with a dead phone battery
🕒 Needing a safe spot until they’re collected

They are always welcome at our store! Our friendly staff is ready to assist them.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents, please take a moment to show your children where our store is located, so they know they have a safe option nearby. We want everyone to feel comfortable knowing support is just around the corner.

We’re exploring the idea of setting up a new social group here at Foresters Community Hall — bringing back the old-school tradition of sitting down together, having the chats, enjoying a bit of banter and playing some good old-fashioned board games. ❤️

A relaxed space to meet people, make new friends, have a cuppa and enjoy some fun each week.
