โต๏ธ๐ A JOLLY BOYSโ OUTING
Peacebuilding Through the Environment | PEACEPLUS
Together, Killybegs was delighted to extend a big Fรกilte to the Deele Community Anglers CLG and their โJolly Boysโ Outingโ! ๐
As part of their Champions of the Environment programme, delivered in partnership with Donegal County Council, this special cross-border visit focused on aquatic education, environmental awareness and strengthening our connection with the natural environment. ๐๐ฑ
It was wonderful to welcome such a fantastic group to our community for a day of learning, exploration and shared experiences.
The day's itinerary included:
๐ ๏ธ A visit to Killybegs Men's Shed
๐ถ A guided tour of our town, discovering the heart of Killybegs
๐ A visit to Shine's Irish Tuna
๐ฝ๏ธ A delicious fish and chip lunch at the wonderful Killybegs Seafood Shack!
A brilliant day celebrating our coastal heritage, local businesses, community connections and the importance of protecting our natural environment. ๐๐
We were delighted to play a part in providing an inclusive experience for all, bringing people together through shared learning, friendship and a love of the environment.
A big thank you to the Deele Community Anglers for including Killybegs in this fantastic initiative.
We hope everyone enjoyed their visit! ๐
