We are campaigning for a significant increase in Garda numbers in East Meath and the construction of a fully functioning Garda station in Laytown.

Well done to our recently elected chair person Cllr Maria White who spoke about our new working group and campaign on LMFM yesterday.

We all look forward to getting to work to campaign for an increase in Garda numbers for East Meath and a fully functioning 24/7 Garda station in Laytown.

Our group is only recently established and we are just beginning to set out our long term plans to hold this government to account and ensure that the commitment made by the former Minister for Justice, Helen McEntee TD, welcoming a new Garda station in Laytown is matched with action.
