Power of Men Power of Men is a men’s circle support group based in Limerick where men can gain strength from each other by sharing their life experiences.

Power of Men is a men’s circle support group in Limerick, where men can gain strength from each other by sharing their life experiences, in an open, honest and confidential way, without fear of being judged or criticised. As men we often struggle with our feelings and avoid expressing ourselves to our partners or friends. This can often lead to added stress and the adoption of unhealthy coping mec

hanisms. If you sometimes struggle with personal relationships, stress due to work, financial issues, isolation, depression, sexuality or coping mechanisms then the Power of Men may be for you. Sharing our experiences, both good and bad, honestly with other men can be extremely powerful and liberating. We can gain a greater understanding of our personal circumstances and through the support of the group can lead to basic and fundamental changes in our lives and relationships. Each group has a maximum of ten men and meets once a month on a Sunday evening between 7pm-10pm. Power of Men is not for profit, however there is a cost per evening of €5 to cover the cost of the room and insurance.
