Easter is coming up and chocolate eggs may be on the menu.

Did you know that mini eggs can block a child's windpipe and cause choking?

Call 112 or 999 immediately and ask for an ambulance if your child is not conscious or is unresponsive.

Knowing your Eircode is great, but it's so important to ensure that you write it down and leave it somewhere obvious in case its needed in an emergency situation.

On the fridge, by the phone.. as long as it's obvious, clearly visible and legible!

Do it today ✅

If you are injured or ill but it is not a life-threatening emergency, consider your options when getting to the Emergency department.

Ask someone to drive you or take a taxi. Many people think going to the hospital by ambulance will get you seen quicker, but this is not true.
