CDYS Mitchelstown recently returned from an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange to Bulgaria. Here is a lovely write up in The Avondhu on their experience. Cdys Mitchelstown

It was lovely to see our recent Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Bulgaria highlighted in The Avondhu this week.

Our project, “Young People Shaping Their Communities,” was an incredible experience for everyone involved, filled with learning, volunteering, cultural exchange, new experiences and friendships that we hope will last long into the future.

A big thank you to The Avondhu for helping us share the story and celebrate what our young people achieved during their eight days in Bulgaria. ❤️

Youth Work Ireland is currently conducting a survey to better understand how young people aged 10–24 in Ireland are using AI tools and what they think about their impact on their lives.

As the Irish Government and policymakers continue to consider how AI should be regulated and governed, it is important that young people's perspectives are included in these conversations. The findings from this survey will help inform Youth Work Ireland’s AI policy and advocacy work, ensuring that a youth voice is represented in discussions about the future of AI in Ireland.
