Hi Sunshine, we are loving this weather at Hamwood. Very nice tomato & aubergine tarte tatin and a courgette and ricotta tarte for lunch today made by and our usual delicious homemade cakes from The Cupcake House

Cafes des Artistes open this weekend, come and enjoy the longest days of Summer with us. The courtyard looks so cheerful in this full blue sky light & the trail offers cool shade after lunch or coffee and cake

Speaking of lunch we added a lovely carrot tart with whipped feta to the usual favourites and a delicious raspberry tart made by The Cupcake House

Our little tea room is open Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th April 10-5pm.

🌺 Explore the walled garden and its beautiful Spring shrubs still in bloom - cherry, japonica & berberis
🍜 Have a slice of quiche, some warming soup & then take another ramble along the woodland trail flanked by the waist high r**e seed crop and admire the monkey puzzle, Monterey pine, bluebells along the pine walk & the last of the pink & red Camilla’s
🍰 Finish your visit with a slice of homemade carrot or lemon curd cake by to be enjoyed with a cup of in the peace of this charming place
