Wishing Mickey Carney the best of luck and good health for the future after his retirement from St Brendans NS Kilmeena. Mickey played a huge role in the development of the school alongside his staff team. His dedication to the youth of Kilmeena and commitment to making his community a better place to live was evident to be seen. A Status Yellow Wind Warning is now in effect until 2am Sunday April 5th.

Storm Dave will bring very strong winds, veering westerly by the evening with severe gusts and coastal gales, which may lead to some fallen trees & branches, wave overtopping, difficult traveling conditions and debris/loose objects displaced.

The Status Yellow Rain Warning will remain in place until 4pm today
