In Sync has a professional staff of 60+, a CE programme of 20 and over 100 active voluntary workers working in projects across the county.

In Sync is a vibrant and dynamic organisation that is to the forefront of developing and delivering innovative services for young people, children & families across the county of Kildare and West Wicklow. In Sync's Youth Information Service provides an online chat service that connects young people with professional Youth Information Officers to provide personalised information. To chat now click

Naas Youth Project's Spudzy Spuds group, absolutely smashed it at the Cruinniú na nÓg drama workshops. 👏

️Big shoutout to the national programme coordinator for Youth Theatre Ireland, Rebecca Feely, and also to Elizabeth Duffy(Betty,) for guiding the group with so much inspiration.

The group were delighted with the invitation to the end show in the River Bank Newbridge and were full of enthusiasm by the end of the workshops. 🎭

Building on the success of Unheard Voices, the A Collective Voice programme brings together young people from Belfast and Kildare/West Wicklow to strengthen North–South connections through shared learning, leadership and action. 🤝

From meeting peers and building trust, to engaging with the Asking For It group, travelling to Belfast, and attending last year’s Shared Island launch, the young people are developing confidence and becoming civic leaders while exploring key issues affecting their communities. 👏

Through collaboration, dialogue and lived experience, they plan on co-creating spaces for change and shaping a more connected, inclusive future across the island.

Another young person from In Sync was recently featured by as part of their campaign. 🗣

This young woman is using her voice to speak out on gender equality, gender-based violence, and r**e culture, issues she believes are still deeply present in everyday life. 📣

The FAIM, NCFP, and Administration teams came together today to support World Maternal Mental Health Day. 🫶

This year’s See, Listen, Support campaign focuses on how we respond to mothers in our families, services and communities. It highlights the importance of seeing struggles that may not be spoken about, listening openly and with compassion, and offering practical and emotional support. Many mothers struggle quietly and may not always ask for help, with up to one in four experiencing Maternal Mental Health difficulties. 🤍

The In Sync teams gathered over a cuppa and some cake, creating a lovely opportunity to connect and show support for the important message - See, Listen, Support. 🎗

Everyone was fueled by a fully cooked breakfast, provided by past young person Megan Bawn 🍳

In Sync's Alex was recently featured by as part of their campaign. 👏

Alex who is speaking out about gender-based violence and r**e culture, issues they believe are still far more present in everyday life than many realise. Their journey into activism began three years ago through exploring feminism and questioning the impact of patriarchal norms on young people’s lives.

In Sync's Ava was recently featured by as part of their campaign. 👏

Ava is using her voice to raise awareness about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Through creativity and community action, she is helping to amplify voices that need to be heard. Moved by the realities people are facing, Ava has become a passionate advocate for change.
