Deepest sympathy to the Delaney family on the sad passing of Rose Delaney. Rose was a great friend of BLC and gave so much of her time in the Barracks over the years.

Rose’s help and guidance with the Afternoon Tea Club was truly appreciated, and Rose’s insight and way of getting things done earned great respect. Rose will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

May her gentle soul rest in peace. Thinking of Rose’s family, friends and all who mourn her at this difficult time.

🚨Important Meeting for your Diary 🚨
Our Community Action Plan is up for renewal-the previous action plan covered the period 2020-2025. The plan is a key element of BLC’s remit and contribution to the community. It is only possible to have a viable plan if we get a wide and representative view of the needs of the community. The whole process is facilitated by Offaly Local Development Company (OLDC) and Sarah Kennedy is our facilitator. The next meeting open to all will be held on Wednesday 29th of April in the Barracks at 7pm.
