Ordinary Seaman Alex Costello from the Dublin Unit of the NSR recently completed his first patrol onboard the LE William Butler Yeats. His highlight of the patrol was firing the GPMG. He also obtained his steering ticket which qualifies him to drive the ship under command. He undertook QM ( Quartermaster) duties and was part of the duty watch underway and at anchor. If you are looking for a challenge and want a hobby less ordinary , recruitment for the NSR in Cork, Dublin, Limerick and Waterford will be opening shortly.
