Our regional organiser, Padraig Cawley is delighted to announce his first Connecting Connacht Regional Event. The idea behind this is for members in Connacht to connect with our party representatives.

Our first guest will be Barry Cowen MEP, Barry will discuss his role on our behalf in Europe and will provide an opportunity for members from the region to ask him questions on issues important to you!

The event will take place via Zoom on Tuesday 4th of March at 6pm to facilitate Brussels Time!

Please email [email protected] for Zoom details.

All Ógra members nationally are welcome to log on, however members from Connacht will be given priority in questions.

We are delighted to announce further details of the regional event for the upcoming Unity Week.

Myself (Padraig Cawley) and our Ulster Organiser Diarmuid Smith are co-hosting this regional event on Saturday the 1st of March at 3.30pm in the Radison Blu Hotel, Rosses Point, Co. Sligo.

We are delighted to announce our panel will consist of Cllr Edel McSharry, Senator Niall Blaney, Minister Niamh Smyth & Éamon Ó Cuív.

The event is at 3.30pm to ensure people are able to travel to and from Sligo on the day, many transport options are available and the hotel is readily accessible by public transport S2 from Sligo Bus & Train Station.

I would encourage everyone available to come down and attend what’s sure to be a great event, with a few nibbles after 🤣

Any Qs send me a message!

See ye in Sligo!

A strong Europe is vital for a successful Ireland, Ireland is the thriving country it is today because of the leaders that led Ireland into joining the European Union Fianna Fáil

Our Connacht Regional Organsier on the Central Officer Board Padraig Cawley and Chairperson in Sligo was delighted to be in Brussels alongside a good Connacht contingent on the wider Ógra Fianna Fáil trip.

Your vote is your voice and has an impact on what our delegation can achieve for Ireland, that is why voting for progressive politics of substance is vital so we send actual politicians who will deliver on the practicalities and improve the every day lives of people in Midlands-Northwest.

Thanks to our International Officer Colm Maher for organising and one of Ireland's finest MEPs Barry Andrews MEP for tacilitating. Thanks to Billy Kelleher MEP for all you helped us with too!
