Decider Skills Programme – Managing Stress and More
Tubbercurry FRC will run this fun interactive 6 week programme starting Wednesday 22nd April 9.30am-11.30am. This course teaches participants skills to cope with and manage stress, anxiety or low mood. The classes are taught in a creative, fun and interactive way. Learn to STOPP, step back and gain perspective, learn breathing techniques and other calming techniques, communication skills and skills to manage emotions. Suitable for anyone who knows stress, overwhelm, anxiety or low mood - so EVERYONE!

2nd Sligo Scouts, located in the heart of Sligo Town, are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic volunteers to join our leadership team 🙌🏻
This is a great opportunity for you to learn new skills, meet new people and be part of a community of like-minded people!

Volunteers must be over 18 and have a good grasp of the English language. Training is provided and Garda Vetting is required.

We have an active Rover section (18-25), so there's a chance for you to connect with other Rovers while sharing your skills with youth members as a Leader 🙂

Hosted by Sligo Family Resource Centre and Downstrands Family Resource Centre, it was a lovely opportunity to connect with fellow social prescribers, share experiences, and reflect on the important role social prescribing plays in supporting the health and wellbeing of our communities.
