Orchard Care Group is opening a new physical and sensory disability service in Rosslare, Co. Wexford, and we’re looking for an experienced nurse to take the lead.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a service from the ground up — developing your team, establishing a strong culture and helping create an environment where the people we support can thrive.

If you’re an experienced nurse with 3+ years’ management experience, strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, this could be your opportunity to make your mark.

We’re delighted to celebrate two outstanding members of our teams who have been recognised with an Orchard Values Award for July 2026. 💜

👏 Congratulations to Alberto, Residential Care Worker in Castlehaven, and Paula, Team Leader in Rockfield House!

Both have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to person-centred care, advocacy and achieving positive outcomes for the people they support.

Alberto has shown incredible patience, resilience and dedication, helping to support meaningful change and improve quality of life. Through his calm and proactive approach, he has encouraged greater engagement, independence and participation, while always ensuring the individual’s voice, choices and dignity remain at the heart of their support.

Paula has made a remarkable contribution since joining her team, advocating strongly for the young person in her care and ensuring their rights, dignity and wellbeing remain central to decision-making. Her compassionate, creative and human rights-based approach, alongside her ability to work collaboratively and develop thoughtful interventions, has had a positive impact on both the young person and the wider team.
