The white wall the white wall on strand street.how boring is it?! So why cant we use this space for a large public art installation, brighten the place up a bit.

The white wall whose sudden whiteness signifys the arrival of summer and whose grayness just adds to the sight that is Tramore in winter. Possibly an evolving art instillation that small but noticeable changes are made as the seasons change so as to retain the walls heritage as one of the signs of summer!
