Due to the ongoing restrictions with Covid-19, a limited number of classes will be available shortly.
A number of certificate courses will be available for those to wish to upskill and improve qualifications:
The ECDL Essentials
Health Services Skills ( QQI Level 5)
Special Needs Assistant QQI Level 5
Special Needs Assistant QQI Level 6

Autumn Term 2020 classes start on Monday October 5th 2020.
All classes will run for 8 weeks unless otherwise stated.

MINDFULNESS/MEDITATION CLASSES
Wednesday 7.30-9.30pm; 8 weeks; €100

This course provides an introduction to everyday Mindfulness. Build a strong practise in this interesting and interactive class, that will help you stay present in everyday life. Live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life and learn to let go of daily struggles. Spaces on this course are limited. Enrol early to secure your place.

YOGA CLASSES, Trim, Co Meath

YOGA (all levels): Wed 7pm-8.15pm; 10 weeks; €80
YOGA FOR MEN: Wed 8.30-9.45pm; 10 weeks; €80

Improve your strength, endurance, balance and flexibility as you de-stress, tone up and increase concentration in our 10-week Yoga courses. The later class is designed specifically for men.
