Bonmahon Lifeboat Bonmahon Inshore Lifeboat (CRBI) and Lifeguard Club (RLSS)
Declared resource to the Irish Coast Guard

Here in Bonmahon we have an Inshore Lifeboat and Lifeguard Club. We operate under the CRBI (Community Rescue Boats Ireland) banner and are trained and administrated by Irish Water Safety. We are also a declared resource to the Irish Coast Guard and are available to respond to emergencies on a 24/7/365 basis. The RLSS (Royal Life Saving Society) is the governing body of our lifeguard club. In 2012

we handed over our lifeguard service to Waterford County Council and since then our focus has been on training lifeguards. Our club is run on a completely voluntary basis and we would like to thank those who support us in any way.

Looking forward to returning to Splashworld Tramore this week.

A small few photos of 1986 onwards. Thousands have gone through our club in 40 years. A few still here and a few returning. Their children and grandchildren now teaching and becoming lifeguards as well. We have many photos in our gallery on Facebook.
A great many lives saved 👏 🙌 🙏
