We are delighted to partner with Waterford Chamber to launch the South East Innovators Entrepreneurship Academy.
This is not a general business programme. It is a highly selective six-month academy designed for individuals developing innovative ideas or ventures with genuine potential to scale — across sectors such as technology, software, AI, manufacturing, product innovation, and new venture creation.
A central feature of the programme is dedicated one-to-one mentoring with accomplished entrepreneurs operating within each participant’s sector. This tailored support will provide founders with practical guidance, strategic insight, and experienced mentorship throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
The Academy’s mentor panel includes Liam Dunne and Mark Jordan of Klearcom; Jordan Casey of MindPath; David Brennan of Eastgate Engineering; Louise Grubb of TriviumVet; Seamus Kilgannon of WorkLab; Patsy Carney; and Niall Harrington of WhiteBox Developments, among others.
Entrepreneurship and innovation are vital to the continued growth and competitiveness of the South East Ireland economy. Supporting ambitious founders and helping scalable businesses emerge locally is essential to attracting investment, creating high-value employment opportunities, retaining talent, and strengthening the region’s long-term economic resilience.
Delivered by Waterford Chamber in partnership with Waterford Local Enterprise Office and Klearcom, and supported by Enterprise Ireland, Propelor BIC, New Frontiers and South East Technological University, the Academy brings together experienced entrepreneurs, practical expertise, and a strong regional support network to help founders succeed at a critical stage of development.
