We are seeking Expressions of Interest from client businesses to participate in the Harvest Festival, Waterford, taking place from 4th to 6th September 2026.

Selected participants will be provided with a trading opportunity in a high-footfall location on George’s Street, Waterford, offering direct access to festival audiences over three days.

This initiative aims to support small businesses to increase visibility, develop sales capability, and test their products/services in a live retail environment.

This programme is open to businesses registered/trading in Waterford City and County only.

- Event: Harvest Festival Waterford
- Dates: 4th – 6th September 2026
- Location: George’s Street, Waterford City
- Trading Format: Individual dedicated trading space for each selected business
- Duration: 3 days of trading plus half day pre event training workshop
- Cost: €100

Selected businesses will receive:
- Dedicated trading space within the LEO trading area
- Pre-event half-day sales and customer engagement training workshop
- Inclusion in pre-event digital promotion campaign (LEO channels)
- Visibility during event promotion through LEO networks

A free course for persons with disabilities who wish to start their own business will begin on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 and will take place ONLINE each Wednesday from 11.00 - 13.00 for 12 weeks.

The deadline for applications is Friday, 17 July 2026.

This ONLINE course is open to any person with a disability who lives on the island of Ireland, so applications are encouraged from both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Great morning in Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre last Tuesday at our Mindful Leadership event with Dermot Whelan in collaboration with Waterford Chamber Skillnet

Blending humour, real world insights and practical tools, Dermot delivered a powerful keynote on managing stress and resilience in the workplace.
