A busy week for the branch

We were in Wexford on Monday for the Wexford district AGM where we met Cllr Robbie our YFG LRO Ian Moran was elected as secretary.

On Wednesday Night we held our AGM on zoom congratulations to the new committee

Thursday we went to New Ross for their district AGM and got to meet the members of New Ross and New Ross Cllr Bridin Murphy

Finally on Friday we were back in New Ross to meet an Tanaiste Simon Harris

A busy day out for the branch today. This morning we were in Newbridge for the National Agricultural, Food and Rural Development Forum 🚜

Then in the afternoon it was off to Maynooth for the leg of the James Dillon Debating Competition 🗣️

Congratulations to Louis and Barry from our branch who won both of their debates and are now going to represent the branch in the National Final 🎉

Well folks, the time has come to sign off for the last time.

It has been the honour of a lifetime to serve the people of Enniscorthy and County Wexford for almost 23 years. We have given help, advice, advocacy and more to the thousands of people who have come through these doors over the years and in return, I have been blessed with their support. I would like thank my family, friends and the members of Fine Gael for their support through thick and thin.

I would like to take a moment to remember those who have passed over that time and to say that I am thinking of them and their families.

I also want to especially thank all of the staff who have worked alongside me throughout, but in particular, thank you to Claire who has been there with me since the very beginning.

As with all election campaigns, its been a gruelling trip to the finish line but as always it brings it own rewards. I have been fortunate to have canvassed the length and breadth of County Wexford over the last number of weeks alongside a superb group of Fine Gael Wexford candidates who have all put enormous effort into their campaigns and if elected will bring that hard work and dedication to working for you in Wexford County Council.

I would urge everyone to get out and use your vote and vote Fine Gael #1 and 2, IN THE ORDER OF YOUR PREFERENCE
