🆕 ✨A Short Introductory Course to Tai Chi✨

A 3-week block of White Crane Tai Chi classes begins at the Aroma Tearooms, Dunbrody Abbey Café & Visitor Centre, on Monday 8th June at 10 am.

This short introductory course offers a gentle opportunity to experience the foundations of Tai Chi in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Suitable for complete beginners and anyone wishing to reconnect with mindful movement.

Over the three weeks, we will explore posture, alignment, breathing practices, and Tai Chi walking, helping to develop balance, body awareness, and a sense of calm and ease.

These sessions are designed as a taster experience, giving participants an introduction to the principles and benefits of White Crane Tai Chi.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
