At our Visitors' קול שופר הוא מפעל משפחתי לייצור שופרות. המפעל הוקם על ידי שמעון קינן, בעל תקיעה ותיק ובקיא ברזי השופר. שמעון נולד בקזבלנקה שבמרוקו, עלה לארץ בגיל צעיר וגדל בעיר טבריה. ההיכרות שלו עם השופר החלה עוד בילדותו כשהיה הולך עם אביו לבית הכנסת. שמעון הוקסם מן השופר והחל להתבונן וללמוד את אמנות התקיעה בשופר מהרב יעקב זעפרני.
מאחר

ולא היו בידו אמצעים לרכוש שופר הוא אילתר מצינור גומי שאליו חיבר משפך פח בקצהו וכך התאמן בטכניקה של התקיעה בשופר. כבר בגיל 18 שימש כבעל תוקע קבוע בשני בתי כנסת – תחילה היה תוקע אצל הספרדים ולאחר מכן עובר לאשכנזים. מאז ועד היום הוא לא חדל לשמש בתפקיד זה.

בתחילת שנות השבעים עבר עם משפחתו להתיישב בגולן, שם ייצר את השופרות הראשונים שלו כתחביב בעזרת טיפים שקיבל מאביו.

במהלך שנות השבעים והשמונים עסק שמעון, אמן בנשמתו, באמנות הברזל והקים סדנה לעבודות נפחות כשהשופרות תמיד מלווים אותו ברקע. "קול שופר" הוא בית המלאכה ומרכז מבקרים בו ניתן לערוך סיורים מודרכים.
