اختتام طاقم شؤون المرأة للورشة التدريبية السابعة والثامنة مندمجة لبرنامج القادة الشباب – الجيل السادس
حول حقوق الانسان والمواطنة ومكافحة الفساد
نظّم طاقم شؤون المرأة بالشراكة مع مؤسسة فريدريش إيبرت الألمانية برنامجًا تدريبيًا بعنوان "حقوق الإنسان والمواطنة ومكافحة الفساد"، وذلك في مقر الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني – البيرة، خلال الفترة من 12 إلى 14 شباط 2026.
هدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز معرفة القيادات الشابة بمفاهيم حقوق الإنسان وأجيالها وآليات حمايتها في السياق الفلسطيني، وتعميق الفهم بقضايا المواطنة الفاعلة والعقد الاجتماعي والحوكمة والمساءلة المجتمعية. كما تناول التدريب قضايا الفساد وأنواعه والبيئة التشريعية ذات الصلة، وركز على دور الشباب والمجتمع في تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، من خلال أساليب تدريبية تفاعلية جمعت بين العصف الذهني، ودراسة الحالات، والعمل ضمن مجموعات.
أشرف على التدريب كل من الأستاذ عدي عمار، الذي قاد الجلسات المتعلقة بحقوق الانسان، والأستاذ مؤيد عفانة الذي قدّم جلسات المواطنة والفساد وكيفية مكافحته والنظر بالعمق في قانون مكافحة الفساد الساري في فلسطين.
وقد أبدت القيادات الشابة تفاعلاً كبيرًا مع المدربين، لا سيما وأن هذه الموضوعات تمسّ واقعهم اليومي بشكل مباشر. كما عملوا ضمن مجموعات على تحليل القوانين المعمول بها، ما أسهم في توسيع مداركهم وتعزيز وعيهم بالحقوق والواجبات وآليات المساءلة المتاحة.
ويأتي هذا البرنامج في إطار الجهود المتواصلة لتعزيز دور القيادات الشابة في نشر ثقافة الحقوق والمواطنة والنزاهة، وتمكينهم من أن يكونوا فاعلين في مجتمعاتهم وقادرين على الإسهام في إحداث تغيير إيجابي قائم على الوعي والمعرفة.
Women’s Affairs Technical Committee Concludes the Seventh and Eighth Integrated Training Workshops of the Young Leaders Program – Sixth Generation
On Human Rights, Citizenship, and Anti-Corruption
The Women’s Affairs Technical Committee, in partnership with the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), organized a training program entitled “Human Rights, Citizenship, and Anti-Corruption” at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society headquarters in Al-Bireh, from 12–14 February 2026.
The program aimed to enhance young leaders’ knowledge of human rights concepts, their generations, and protection mechanisms within the Palestinian context. It also deepened participants’ understanding of active citizenship, the social contract, governance, and community accountability. The training addressed corruption issues, its various forms, and the relevant legislative environment, with a particular focus on the role of youth and society in promoting integrity and combating corruption. Interactive training methods were used throughout, including brainstorming sessions, case studies, and group work.
The training was facilitated by Mr. Odai Ammar, who led the sessions on human rights, and Mr. Moayad Affaneh, who delivered sessions on citizenship, corruption, anti-corruption mechanisms, and an in-depth review of the Palestinian Anti-Corruption Law currently in force.
The young leaders demonstrated strong engagement with the trainers, especially as the topics directly relate to their daily realities. Participants worked in groups to analyze existing laws, which broadened their perspectives and strengthened their awareness of rights, responsibilities, and available accountability mechanisms.
This program comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the role of young leaders in promoting a culture of rights, citizenship, and integrity, and to empower them to become active agents of positive change grounded in knowledge and awareness.
