אימון יחידת החילוץ ממערות של אירגון המערנות הישראלי. בתרגול הנוכחי תרגלנו הוצאת פצוע תוך טיפול רפואי צמוד ממערה מורכבת וצרה עם סדרת מעברים מאד קשים לתמרון אלונקה.

Cave rescue Israel conducted a training exercise. In this session, we practiced extracting a casualty while providing close medical care from a complex, narrow cave featuring a series of passages that are extremely difficult for stretcher maneuverability.

האימון החודשי של יחידת החילוץ ממערות של אירגון המערנות הישראלי היה היום בהר סדום. תרגלנו את מתווה החילוץ הייחודי למערות מלח וסלע החיפוי בחילוץ מפיר אדיר של 60 מטר.

Our monthly cave rescue excerise was in Malham Cave in Mound Sdom.

הפעם האימון התמקד בתרגולות השונות לחילוץ עצמי, כלומר תרגולות הנוגעות להורדת הפצוע מהחבל.

אימון יחידת החילוץ ממערות של ארגון המערנות הישראלי מבור המחצבה בעופרה.
תרגלנו הורדה של אלונקה לתוך הפיר, שהיה בהוט ספוט וטיפול רפואי של הצוות הרפואי ואז העלאה בפיר והחוצה.

תודה לכל המשתתפים ולמחולצת הבית שלנו.

We held our monthly training session for the cave rescue unit in Ofra .
During the exercise, we practiced lowering the stretcher with the casualty into a vertical shaft where a “hot spot” was simulated, provided medical care by the rescue medical team, and then raised the stretcher up and out of the shaft.

אימון צוות החילוץ ממערות של אירגון המערנות הישראלי מבור הנביא בעופרה.
חודש אוגוסט הוא חודש המשלחות והכנסים וכמובן החופשות המשפחתיות אז חרף כל החיסורים המבורכים העמדנו צוות חזק שטיקטק את כל העסק במהירות שיא וביעילות על. בשעה 7:30 בבוקר התחיל התרגיל ובשעה 10:30 האלונקה עם המחולצת הייתה בחוץ.

Monthly Cave rescue drill in August is always a challenge because of many vacations. But we managed to gather a small and super efficient team.
The casualty was lifted from the Bivoua in the bottom of the cave using 2 counter weight systems and pulling system with deviations on the narrow passage and out pf the cave.

Cave Rescue Isreal on our monthly training. This time we wanted to focus on multiple system changes.
We started with tyrolin pulled by counter weight system and then moving to traverse line and to pulling system up. then horizontal moving to descending system with multiple direction changes.

האימון החודשי של צוות החילוץ ממערות של אירגון המערנות הישראלי.
הפעם בחרנו להתאמן במצוק בדגש על מעבר בין אלמנטים שונים.
התחלנו מהעלאת האלונקה באומגה עם מערכת קאונטר וייט ואז העברה לטרוורסה אופקית, העברה למערכת הרמה, הזזה אופקית של האלונקה והורדה שלה במערכת הורדה תוך כדי כמה שינויי כיוון.

תודה רבה לכל התותחים שבאו והשתתפו.

Cave rescue Israel rescue drill on a cold and rainy day.

We Pulled the stretcher our on a tyroline pulled by a counter balance system from below and then transferred to a 1x3 pulling system.

Thank you to all the brave cavers especially to the teams that worked on the surface in hard conditions.

Last Friday we completed another cave rescue drill in Mount Sedom
During the drill, we rescued a girl (as part of the exercise) injured deep within one of the most complex and extensive caves in Mount S***m. The challenging rescue operation included extraction from a stepped internal shaft, navigating a complex horizontal passage, performing a vertical lift in a massive 40-meter-deep shaft, and connecting to a Tyrolean traverse to safely exit to the surface.

A huge thank you to all the participants in the exercise, who gave their all down to the last drop of energy.

Cave rescue drill.

After we had the last 2 drills outdoor we finally went back into the depth.

The team was divided into 4 sections. 3 counter weights and 1 pulling system.

We started the drill with narrow passages expansion and only After that the communication team went in and connected the system together with the team that went straight to the casualty that was in the bottom of the cave. The casualty was and was put in the stretcher away from danger.
Then the rescue teams went in and started to build their systems.

When everything was ready we started pulling the stretcher out.

Thank you to the wonderful volunteers for the great job.

תרגיל חילוץ ממערות.

לאחר שהעברנו את שני התרגילים האחרונים במצוק, סוף סוף חזרנו למעמקים.

הצוות חולק ל-4 : 3 צוותים בנו מערכות קאונטר ווייט וצוות מערכת הרמה.

התחלנו את התרגיל בהרחבת המעברים הצרים ורק לאחר מכן נכנס צוות התקשורת וחיבר את המערכת יחד עם הצוות שהלך ישירות לעזרה לנפגע שנמצא בתחתית המערה. הנפגע הוצא והונח באלונקה הרחק מסכנה.
לאחר מכן נכנסו צוותי החילוץ והחלו לבנות את המערכות שלהם.

כשהכל היה מוכן התחלנו למשוך את האלונקה החוצה.

תודה רבה למתנדבים הנהדרים על העבודה המצוינת.

Cave rescue Israel in a cliff training.

We went through all the basic procedures making sure we are all aligned.

We ended up summarizing the training in a procedure of lifting the casualty in a counter weight system, passing it to a pulling system to the top of the cliff and then changing direction towards the ground again.
