Today is our interns' first day at their ! A group of 35 from Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Belarus are all starting their in and taking their first steps in the Israeli market for a 5 months' internship.

Tlalim, one of the top tourism companies in Israel, is looking for a new internship placement coordinator for Onward Israel. This is a temporary position with potential to become a permanent position.
Responsibilities
• Interviewing applicants and determining their internship possibilities
• Arrange and oversee placements for interns
• Provide feedback, support interns and supervisors and resolve issues that arise during placements
• Visit companies in person
• Contact potential companies to encourage them to join our company database
Requirements
• English mother tongue level- must
• Fluent Hebrew- advantage
• Previous professional experience in the field of Placement and Recruiting- advantage
• Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone
• Motivated to work hard
• Passionate about your job, a desire to learn, open to developing your skills, and willingness to help others.
