From combat service to the Paralympics.
Achiya’s journey is one of resilience, adaptability and continuing to show up for others no matter what changed along the way.

Today, alongside competing as an adaptive athlete, he continues to volunteer with Shevet Foundation and take part in outdoor challenges, expeditions and experiences that redefine whats possible ❤️

25 participants joined a DIRT tandem bike ride in the Har HaNegev region, riding alongside blind and disabled veterans.
The route moved through open desert terrain, with each bike powered by partnership, coordination, and trust.
A day focused on movement, shared experience, and creating space for connection outside of routine.
