"We will be the SSL of AI. Just as you see a green padlock when you open a website, you will see that padlock, or the Attestable logo, when you talk to an AI."

In the latest episode of Nafal Ha'asimon - נפל האסימון, Yonatan Mandelbaum hosts Yogev Bar-On, co-founder & CEO of Attestable, which yesterday announced its $20M seed round co-led by TLV Partners and Altimeter.

They talk about the difference between AI safety, security and misuse, the OpenAI-Hugging Face Rorschach test, zero knowledge proofs and why they were never practical for AI until now, what it takes to build a deep tech company in AI integrity, how Attestable could mediate treaties between the US and China, and much more.

How do you ensure the safety of critical AI systems?

As AI moves into increasingly sensitive and high-stakes environments, the infrastructure underneath it remains difficult to trust. Datacenters have enormous attack surfaces, and verifying which models are running, and what data they are operating on, is still a fundamental challenge.

Today, Attestable comes out of stealth with a $20M seed round, co-led by TLV Partners and Altimeter Capital, with participation from Netz Capital, Cerca Partners, Assaf Rappaport, Charlie Songhurst, and others.

Attestable was founded by three mathematicians: Yogev Bar-On, who encountered this problem firsthand while working on frontier AI security at RAND, and zero-knowledge proof experts Shahar Papini and Shahar Samocha, formerly of StarkWare.

The team is applying state-of-the-art zero-knowledge proof systems to build an integrity layer for AI, allowing organizations to cryptographically verify how AI systems are running, while preserving privacy and building for a post-quantum future.

Congratulations to Yogev, Shahar, Shahar, and the entire Attestable team. We’re proud to be on this journey with you.

Big news from our portfolio: Oligo Security just raised $60M, bringing total funding to $140M 🎉

The round follows 300% YoY revenue growth and reflects what we've believed since we backed OLIGO on day one: runtime is where security decisions actually get made. As AI lets attackers find and exploit vulnerabilities at machine speed, knowing what's truly exploitable in production, not just theoretically vulnerable, is what separates real protection from noise.

This year alone OLIGO became AWS's exclusive AI runtime security partner for Security Hub Extended, joined Palantir's FedStart program, and launched real-time exploit blocking at the application layer.

Congrats to Nadav Czerninski, Gal Elbaz, and Avshalom Hilu, and the entire OLIGO team. Proud to be on this journey with you.

Every AI conversation eventually comes back to the same bottleneck. Not the model, not the data - inference. Getting something that works in a lab to run reliably, cheaply, and fast enough that people actually use it.

In the latest episode of Nafal Ha'asimon - נפל האסימון, Yonatan Mandelbaum sits down with Roy Nissim, who built Jounce and sold it to Red Hat (IBM) within a year of founding. They dig into the shift from training to inference as AI's real bottleneck, where open-source tools like vLLM fit against the next generation of inference infrastructure, and why the "boring" plumbing problems are where the leverage actually is.

Should you build in a crowded market with a well-defined problem, or in a blue ocean where the opportunity is still taking shape?

Shahar Tal, Co-founder & CEO of Cyata, shares why the team chose to pivot into AI security despite entering a market with many well-funded players, how they identified an opportunity to build something different, and how that journey ultimately led to Cyata's acquisition by Check Point Software.

Check out the full episode of our Behind the Investment podcast, where Brian Sack and Shahar discuss Cyata's journey from funding to pivot to acquisition, founder decision-making, product-market fit, and building in one of cybersecurity's fastest-moving markets.

Still in stealth, and already making their mark. 🚀

Congratulations to Shahar Bahat and Gil Maman of Pluto Security, and Daniel Shapira and Dennis Zagiansky of Brizz on being named to the 2026 Forbes Israel 30 Under 30 list.

A well-deserved recognition, and it's just the beginning.

Stay tuned.

AI is moving into business-critical workflows, but most organizations still lack a reliable way to understand how these systems will behave once they reach real users.

That's the challenge Arato.ai is solving by building the AI Assurance layer for enterprise AI.

We're especially excited to back this team again. Shahar Erez, Hilik Paz, and Tal Salmona have spent more than two decades building software infrastructure together, and Shahar and Hilik previously co-founded Stoke, which was acquired by Fiverr. Their deep expertise in software testing, application monitoring, cloud infrastructure, and company building makes them uniquely positioned to define an entirely new category for enterprise AI.

Excited to see Arato officially launch today. Congratulations to the team, and looking forward to what's ahead.
