🏛️ Recently, the history of Złota 7-9 in Warsaw was commemorated with the unveiling of 12 Stones of Remembrance and a plaque bearing the names of 136 of the building’s first residents.
The event was held in partnership with the and
Built between 1935 and 1937 and designed by architect Edward Eber, Złota 7/9 was home to a diverse community, including many Jewish residents. Doctors, lawyers, artists, scientists, entrepreneurs and people connected with the film industry were among those who lived at this address. The building also housed the famous Palladium cinema.
