Strengthening Financial Inclusion for Rural Women Entrepreneurs

A High-Level Meeting with Banks and State Rural Livelihoods Missions was held in Mumbai, bringing together rural women entrepreneurs, policymakers, banking institutions and key ecosystem partners to deliberate on the next phase of financial inclusion under DAY-NRLM.

The meeting was chaired by Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Hon’ble Union Minister for Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare and Rural Development.

The meeting provided an important platform to discuss strategies for strengthening access to finance, expanding livelihood opportunities and enabling rural women entrepreneurs to achieve greater economic empowerment.

The Chief Operating Officer from Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM) also participated in the meeting, contributing to the collective vision of building a stronger and more inclusive rural livelihood ecosystem.
