I didn't expect that there would be so many obstacles in the online selling business. Sometimes your clients' problems will confuse you to the bones.
Sometimes the problems might not even have an answer.
But problems have a knack for piling up unless we find a solution for them.
And to be honest, I can continue with the charade of how difficult our struggle was, but I would rather find solution of the problems than just complain.
After all, innovation isn't something we do everyday. Especially because we were doing something completely unique. And to top it all of, we were virtually betting everything on it
So that is why I put my entire heart and soul into the project.
I realized that it's the simple things that boost your business.
Like trust.
And how you maintain the trust.
Trust is today's social money.
Trust between you and your customers will make or break your company.
And the only way it can be done is by making sure everything is arranged for your customers.
Yes, this means dealing with the boring aspects such as paperwork.
Yes, it also means taking more responsibility.
But that is a choice that I made and thanks to the hard work of the Bulkomatrix team, we have had many reasons to be proud. In the last 6 months, our revenue has crossed 1 cr.
