Glass Façades: Fully sprinklered buildings require tempered glass in non-combustible assemblies to maintain structural integrity during a fire. Ensure sprinklers are located within 600 mm of the glass for full coverage.

Fire Resistance of Glass: For non-sprinklered buildings, glass facades must meet specific fire resistance ratings in line with NBC Clause 3.4.10.2.
