Shri Hiten R. Vasant, Vice President, GCCI, was felicitated at the GDMA Award Ceremony organised by the Dyestuffs Manufacturers Association of Gujarat Charitable Trust, held at Diamond Hall, Rajpath Club, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad on Wednesday, 12th August 2026.

The evening brought together around 300 members and industrialists from the dyestuffs and chemical manufacturing community, in the presence of Shri R. B. Barad, IAS (Retd.), Chairman, Gujarat Pollution Control Board. The ceremony recognised the contributions and achievements of the industry's leading members and reaffirmed the sector's role in Gujarat's industrial growth story.

15th India Industrial Fair 2026 Launch Ceremony held in Ahmedabad

Shri Hiten R. Vasant, Vice President, Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry, represented GCCI as Chief Guest at the launch ceremony of the 15th India Industrial Fair, held on 14th August 2026 at Zarukhe Banquet, Nikol, Ahmedabad, organised by Laghu Udyog Bharati, Gujarat Pradesh.

In his address, Shri Hiten Vasant outlined GCCI's continuing commitment to Gujarat's MSME ecosystem, noting that through its MSME Helpdesk and MSME Taskforce, GCCI guides MSMEs on government schemes, incentives, delayed payments, arbitration, digitalisation, and emerging market opportunities. He called on India's MSMEs to move from traditional to technology-driven, from local to global, and from suppliers to solution providers, positioning technology, AI, and Industry 4.0 as the forces that will shape the next generation of MSMEs.
