Bharatiya Antariksh Hackathon (BAH) 2026 – PRL-Physical Research Laboratory Teams Shine at the Grand Finale.

The Bharatiya Antariksh Hackathon (BAH) 2026 concluded successfully on 7th August 2026, witnessing a record-breaking participation of approximately 15,000 teams from across the country.

Among the Top 5 winning teams announced at the Grand Finale, two teams mentored by PRL secured prestigious positions.

The latest Vikram Discussion at PRL Ahmedabad focused on Frontiers of AI Research in Space, Earth Systems, and Engineering Sciences (FAR-SEE 2026). Held as a two-day hybrid meeting from July 20–21, 2026, it brought together about 100 researchers, academics, engineers, students, and online participants. Around 30 speakers from PRL and leading global institutions discussed AI-driven space weather modelling, explainable machine learning, autonomous agents, neuro-symbolic AI, foundation models, physics-informed neural networks, and safety protocols. The event aimed to integrate data-driven techniques with physical systems to address complex scientific challenges.
