🇮🇳 80 Years of Freedom | Honouring the Past, Inspiring the Future 🇮🇳
With immense pride, patriotism, and enthusiasm, Delhi World Public School, Ajmer celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India on 15 August 2026, under the inspiring theme “80 Years of Independence: Honouring the Past, Inspiring the Future.”
The celebration commenced with a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, Dr. Jayesh Manohar Sonawane, Assistant Professor, Department of Microbiology, Central University of Rajasthan, Ajmer.
🇮🇳 The ceremonial flag hoisting was followed by a proud salute to the Tricolour by our NCC Cadets and Horse Riders, creating a powerful moment of national pride and honour.
🎙️ Principal paid tribute to the countless freedom fighters whose courage gifted us our independence. Inspiring the young generation, he urged students to become responsible contributors to the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, making discipline, strong moral values, hard work, critical thinking, and innovation the foundation of their lives.
Every performance echoed the message of patriotism, unity, responsibility, and hope, filling the campus with the vibrant spirit of India.
🏅 A special moment of recognition was the felicitation of Mr. Jaisurya for his outstanding contribution to NCC and his achievement of the “Best Cadet” honour.
