Walking through history at Jallianwala Bagh, paying tribute to the sacrifices of the past, and finding peace at the Golden Temple, this journey was a perfect blend of learning, culture, and inspiration.

Young leaders from Delhi, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh came together to exchange ideas, culture, and dreams for a stronger, united India. नेहरू युवा केंद्र अमृतसर द्वारा गोवर्टमेंट मेडिकल कॉलेज अमृतसर की सहायता से स्वामी विवेकानंद नशामुक्ति केंद्र मे दिनांक 24.10.2024 को नशे की रोकथाम पर एक दिवसीय क्षमता निर्माण कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया
इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में गोवर्टमेंट मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्रिन्सपल एवं संचालक डॉ राजीव देवगन रहे तथा कार्यक्रम के विशेष मेहमान वाइस प्रिन्सपल डॉ जे पी अत्री रहे ,कार्यक्रम के अन्य मेहमान सामुदायिक चिकित्सा विभाग के प्रमुख डॉ संजीव महाजन, मनोरोग विभाग की प्रमुख डॉ नीरू बाला रही
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्जवलन के साथ की गई,इसके पश्चात डॉ गौरव ने नशीली दवाओं और मादक द्रव्यों के सेवन प्रकाश डालते हुए एक समूह चर्चा की। इसके पश्चात डॉ रमिंदर कौर ने नशे रहित समाज के परिवर्तन निर्माता बनने पर ध्यान हेतु इंटरैक्टिव सत्र का आयोजन किया, तथा सामुदायिक चिकित्सा विभाग के प्रमुख डॉ विमल ने जीवन कौशल और सकारात्मक जीवन शैली के 10 जीवन कौशल पर चर्चा की
