ਸਟੇਟ ਸਪੈਸ਼ਲ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੈੱਲ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਇੱਕ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਮਾਡਿਊਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ 4 ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 2 ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਪੁਰਤਗਾਲ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਮੋਡਿਊਲ ਬਟਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਾਰਗਟ ਕਤਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਖਾਸ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੇਕੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।

ਬਰਾਮਦਗੀ: 1 ਗਲੌਕ 9mm ਪਿਸਤੌਲ, ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਸਮੇਤ 5 ਜਿੰਦਾ ਕਾਰਤੂਸ ਅਤੇ 1 ਸਟਾਰ ਮਾਰਕ .30 ਬੋਰ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ, ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੇਤ 3 ਜਿੰਦਾ ਕਾਰਤੂਸ।

ਇੰਟਰਪੋਲ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼-ਅਧਾਰਤ ਹੈਂਡਲਰ ਦੀ ਹਵਾਲਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਗਲੇਰੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।

In a major breakthrough, State Special Operation Cell ( ), Amritsar busts a gangster module by arresting four members and recover two sophisticated weapons from their possession.

Preliminary investigation reveals that the arrested accused are working on the directions of a -based wanted gangster, who arranges the delivery of the recovered weapons. The module conducted recce of specific targets in & areas with plans to execute targeted attacks.

Recovery: 1 G***k 9mm pistol with magazine & 5 live cartridges and 1 Star mark .30 bore pistol with magazine & 3 live cartridges.

Efforts are underway to trace backward and forward linkages and to facilitate extradition of the foreign-based handler with the assistance of Interpol.

ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਮੋਹਕਮਪੁਰਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ 86 ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਅਤੇ ₹5100/- ਡਰੱਗ ਮਨੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

ਫੜੇ ਗਏ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਤੋਂ ਬੈਕਵਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਰਵਰਡ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਗਲੇਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

PS Mohkampura of Commissionerate Police Amritsar arrested a drug smuggler along with 86 grams of he**in and ₹5100/- drug money.
