The objectives of the organisation are :-
To revive, rejuvenate and strengthen people's network. To bring in people a sense of mutual trust, confidence and sharing . To empower women with dignity , economic and social assertions. To make people get actively involved in the change process. To take appropriate measures and varied programmes on the basis of people's need and aspiration.

Khardah New Age Society For Rural Welfare and Cultural Initiatives took part in the observation of International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking with উলুবেড়িয়া মহিলা উন্নয়ন সমিতি on 28-06-2026 Sunday at Tulsiberia, Rajapur, Howrah.
We are very much associated with organising women against drugs, Deshi Chullu liquor and illegal trafficking across the district.
