In the new episode of 'In The Field' podcast, Professor Jeemol Unni, Professor of Economics, Amrut Mody School of Management, Ahmedabad University and co-author of the book "Women Entrepreneurs in the Indian Middle Class: Interdisciplinary Perspectives" talks about the motivation for writing the book and the research pedagogy utilised for the collection of data.
Professor Unni talks about the evolution of the field and uncovers the factors impacting women's participation in entrepreneurship. She further discusses using a novel macro and micro research approach and proposes an enabling ecosystem framework for promoting women's entrepreneurship in India.
