We the All Leel Youths Association (ALYA) under the guidance of it's President Gangte Takum and Secretary General Yangbiu Maro organised a social services and constructed a kutcha House of Leel Health Sub-Centre under Sangram Circle Kurung Kumey District (Ar.P) collaborated with Gram panchayat Leel I-II, Self Help Groups, well wishers and publics of Leel.
