🎉 16th February – Utkarsh Bangla Foundation Day 🎉

16th February is the Foundation Day of , the flagship skill development initiative of the Government of West Bengal.

On the occasion of completing 10 years of dedicated service towards and , Paschim Bardhaman has arranged a Tableau Presentation to generate mass awareness about the scheme.🚩

The tableau will be systematically and aesthetically decorated to highlight the various services and opportunities offered under the scheme. An informative audio clipping will accompany the presentation to effectively communicate its objectives and benefits to the public.

The Job Fair under was successfully conducted on 9th December 2025 at Durgapur Government ITI, Paschim Bardhaman with enthusiastic participation from candidates and stakeholders.

👨‍💼 The programme was graced by ADM (Skills), DNO (Skills), the Principal of Durgapur Government ITI and DPM (Skills). Today, the District Skill Committee (DSC) meeting was successfully held in , chaired by the Additional District Magistrate (Skills) . The meeting reviewed district-wide progress and discussed new strategies to strengthen industry linkages for training, apprenticeship and placements.
