All the Liquor loby and a few Public Servants tried to implicate a Social Activist, who is fighting for Liquor Prohibition at Ahmedabad Nagar, in a criminal case against forgery, cheating and extortion. His Anticipatory Bail Application was rejected at Session Court at Ahmedabad Nagar.
The accused/applicant approached Adv Menchirel and me (Adv Shivani Jaiswal) to file Anticipatory Bail Application before High Court.
